Around the age of 10, I would throw up a lot, being unable to digest anything , this would occur when I ate certain foods. After going to countless doctors and health proffesionals , the conclusion was that I had EOE that would be caused by intolerance from some foods and this stuck with me my whole life, whenever I had a EOE emergency I would be in the hospital in days. Taking nutrients and water through IV’s while doctors tried to help me, for years I would have to go on food diets and take edoscopys to help me but all of this made bare to none progress. I am inspired to make sure that other people do not go through what I had to indulge my whole life, still to this day.
